Whats the Term for the Nubbly Area Under Your Chin

Hey, I've been noticing this little area under my chin that's got these little nubbly bumps. My doctor said it's not anything serious, but I'm curious to know what the term for it is. Is it something everyone gets eventually? Or is it just something I should worry about? 🤔 Anybody else have this? 😬
