Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support, such as prepare attendance report and salary calculations etc.
-Responsible for recruitment and selection process such as posting job advertisement, organising interviews, liaising with candidates and sourcing references and online checks ahead of interviews
-Supporting and assisting in Human Resources initiatives and projects
-Responsible for the production of offer letters, references, right to work checks, DBS checks, contracts and equal opportunities statistics.
-Any other duties or responsibilities that may be required
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline
-2-3 years or above of proven experience in an HR generalist role in a similar environment in UK
-Fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written
-Ability to manage your own workload
-Good knowledge of UK employment law and payroll
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize works and adjust along with change
-Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
-Proactive, dependable, detail-minded and highly organized
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
