  • 岗位职责:
    1.参与公司政策的更新,能够根据国家政策和业务需求,定期更新维护公司政策。
    2. 推动业务部门的绩效落地,负责业务部门的绩效考评与激励评估;
    3.招聘工作的有效跟进与管控,执行信息发布、简历筛选、邀约、测评甄选、初试安排等面试环节,提高招聘达成率;
    4.人力成本的预算、核算、决算与管控;
    5.领导交办的其他事宜。
    职位要求:
    1.3年以上人力资源全盘工作经验;会中文优先;
    2.本科及以上学历,人力资源管理相关专业优先;
    3. 熟悉劳动法,熟练依据法律法规给予管理者和员工有效的建议并解决问题;
    4. 具备良好的学习能力和主动意识,能够主动深入业务,了解业务,对业务
    部门的需求保持敏感性;
    Job Responsibilities.
    1. Participate in the updating of company policies and be able to update and maintain company policies on a regular basis according to national policies and business needs.
    2.Drive the performance implementation of business units and be responsible for the performance appraisal and incentive assessment of business units.
    3. Effective follow-up and control of recruitment work, implementation of information release, resume screening, invitation, assessment and selection, preliminary test arrangement and other interview links to improve the recruitment achievement rate.
    4. Budget, accounting, final accounts and control of human cost;
    5. Other matters assigned by the leadership.
    Job requirements.
    1. 3 years' experience in HR overall work;     Chinese is preferred.
    2. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resource management is preferred.
    3. Familiar with labour law, skilled in giving effective advice and solving problems for managers and employees according to laws and regulations.
    4.Good learning ability and sense of initiative, able to take the initiative to go deep into the business, understand the business, and be sensitive to the needs of the businessneeds of the business sector.
