If you want to buy a flat in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, you need at least about 3 million dollars.
To settle down in Xiamen and Hangzhou, you need at least 2 million.
If you are still struggling, you need at least 1 million to have a house of your own in 12 new first-tier and second-tier cities such as Changsha, Chengdu and Wuhan.
Overall, there are 22 cities in the 30 cities that just need to “get on the line” of more than one million.
