Hey folks, I'm planning a trip to China next month and I'm really excited! But I'm a bit confused about the visa application process. Does anyone have any tips or experiences they'd like to share? (a) Applicants should fill in the visa application form online by logging in the “China Visa Online Form (COVA)”.
(2) The applicant or his/her representative shall submit the application materials on site during the public office hours of the Documentation Hall.
(c) The applicant or his/her representative shall submit a full set of paper application form (8-9 pages in total) and the required documents (including “Core Documents” and “General Documents”) on site. If the form is not filled out properly or the documents do not meet the requirements, the visa application may be returned to the applicant on-site and the applicant has to fill in the form again.
(d) On-site pick-up and payment of fees: When picking up the documents, please check the visa information carefully and inform the staff on-site if there is any problem, so as to prevent the incorrect information from affecting the use of the visa in immigration. Payment can be made by credit card (Master Card or Visa only) or cashier's check (Money Order, Cashier's Check).
