Hey everyone, I'm curious about this fabric called Crepe de Chine. I've seen it in a few clothing items but I'm not really sure what it is or how it's made. Does anyone know? Also, how is it used in textiles? I'm always looking to expand my knowledge about fabrics and materials!
Heavy crepe: a combination of multiple warp and weft threads, weft threads to strengthen the twist of heavy silk, style similar to double crepe, but much thicker than double crepe, at least common 02 double crepe more than 4 times the thickness of the thickened crepe fabrics of mulberry silk.
